Claims handling and resolution
At the time of loss, you can be assured that you have an expert claims person within your Lighthouse Service Team that is committed to stand by you through the claims process. We are the advocate and liaison between you and your insurance carrier.
Your primary claim contact will be the Account Manager, as their knowledge of your coverage assists in presenting the claim to the carrier to achieve the best possible outcome. Our Risk Management Team will immediately conduct a post-accident review in the case of large or serious claims. Our executive team is utilized to monitor large loss activity to assist the Account Manager in expediting resolution.
